Terms and Conditions

We always wish that our customers are happy with their purchases. We're happy to assist with questions and details about all our products. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. Placing an order indicates that you accept the terms. 

Nature of our products

Please note that due to the nature of materials and handmade production methods, our products may vary by colour and finalising from the photos of the products and orders made earlier. Please remember this when placing your order. Our work is entirely handcrafted and minor differences are natural as well as the value in the handmade products.

LEAD TIME

Because each piece is made to order, our lead time is order specific and can range from 3-12 Business Days (Weekend and public holidays not included) depending on size and design complexity. You will be notified before payment if your order will take longer than 2 weeks.

We strive to fill all orders within our stated lead times, but these can extend at anytime due to volume of orders especially during peak seasons. this is because we strive to create excellent quality handmade goods and don’t rush our process.

ORDER

Customise order 

Sorry, currently we do not accept any customised order but we will open enquiry in the future.   

Change order

If you need to request changes to your order for example the colour/design of the product, please message us first within 24 hours of placing your order. 

Cancellation of order

You can cancel your order within 1 hour from the order being confirmed. If your order is listed as Order Processing, we will attempt to cancel your order.

SHIPPING

We are not responsible for lost packages, late delivery or unsuccessful delivery due to specific reasons from the courier. Once the courier has the package in their possession, we no longer have control of the package. Occasionally, packages get lost in the mail. Unfortunately because we cannot control the post, we encourage you to first file a missing package claim with the courier. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address , you will be required to pay for another shipping label before we send the package again with the correct address. 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Damaged or defective merchandise

We’ll always repair any damages due to production issues on our end at our discretion.If upon reception of the product, you believe that it is not how it should be, you should immediately contact us via email (hello_plain@hotmail.com), DM us on Instagram indicating the product information and the defects found (please add a clear photo of the damage and of the whole product). Damages must be documented and reported within 2 days of receiving the order. In the event that this claim is admitted, the responsibility of Plain Studio will be strictly limited to the replacement of the defective product at no extra charge, or the possibility of offering a refund for the cost of the order. If it is a mistake on your end and you requested to exchange, you will be charged.  Plain Studio is not responsible for damages done by the transportation company. 

Returns

We're not allowed to return without any notice unless there's some problem with our product (PLEASE EMAIL OR DM US ON INSTAGRAM first then we only decide for return after discussion). All of the returned items must be in the same condition and in the original, undamaged packaging as they were when purchased. To begin the return process, please send us an email first to get more detailed information. All returns must always be sent with a tracking code and notified to us in advance. Returns can only be processed once the returned product has arrived back to us and its condition has been checked. Please notice that discounted or custom-made products can not be returned unless they are damaged or defective merchandise.

In the case of damaged or defective merchandise, We will try to replace these items with an identical, undamaged item. To begin the return process, please send us an email within 2 days of receiving the order to get more information. We cannot accept returns due to slight colour or size differentiations, due to the fact that products are individually handmade. All returned products have to be properly repacked in their original packaging and in perfect conditions. In such a case We will refund the sum paid, minus the costs of shipping. Refunds can be made after We receive the returned items. You are responsible for all costs of returning the goods. If the goods are not properly repacked and therefore cannot be resold as new, I reserve the right to apply a charge of 30% of the price you paid for the goods, which you agree We may discount from your refund for the goods. If the goods are damaged whilst in your care or if you fail to return all parts of the goods, We have the right to withhold payment of all or part of the refund in respect of the goods as compensation for our loss on these goods.

All ‘materials’ are protected by copyright laws & other international laws & treaties. You must comply with all proprietary and copyright notices on this web site. This website is owned by Plain Studio and is subject to copyright.

(i) reproduce, copy, adapt, broadcast, store, transmit, distribute, print, publish or create derivative works from any information or ‘materials’ on the site or otherwise exploit any of its ‘materials’ without our express prior written permission.

(ii) alter, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or modify any material or information that you receive from this site which can be accessed through this site; or

(iii) use or apply, for commercial purposes, any material or information on this website, without the prior written consent of Plain Studio. Nothing contained on this site should be construed as granting any licence or right of use of any PLAINSTUDIO.CO trademark or part of any trademark displayed on the web site without the express written permission of Plain Studio.
